1. Introduction
At LoveTag Pet, the privacy of our community is an absolute priority. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of corporate membership holders and end-users (families) within the infrastructure of the ICP System (Identify, Connect, Protect).
2. Information We Collect
Corporate Data: Contact information for condominium, private neighborhood, and corporate administrators (name, position, corporate email, phone) strictly for annual membership management.
User Data (Families): Information voluntarily provided in the pet's dynamic profile (guardian's name, alternative contact phone, email, and relevant pet data).
3. Use of Information
The sole purpose of the data uploaded to the ICP System is to facilitate the quick and safe reunion between a lost pet and its family. LoveTag Pet does not sell, rent, or trade databases to third parties under any circumstances.
4. Public Visibility (QR Scanning)
By activating a LoveTag Pet ID, the holder understands that, in the event the pet becomes lost and a third party (rescuer) scans the QR code, they will be shown the contact information defined in the public profile (phone/email) exclusively to notify the finding. The user has complete control to update or modify this information in real-time.
5. Technological Security
Our platform uses enterprise-level infrastructure integrated with Google's security standards to ensure that access to profiles remains stable and protected against unauthorized access.
6. User Rights
Corporate members and end-users have the right to request access, rectification, update, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting our official support channel.
