Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Nature of the Service

LoveTag Pet provides a technological infrastructure (ICP System) designed for residential communities and corporate clients under an annual membership model. Our service consists of physical identification tags linked to dynamic digital profiles hosted in the cloud.

2. User Responsibilities

The effectiveness of the ICP System depends directly on the accuracy of the entered data. It is the sole responsibility of the registered user to keep their contact information (phones, emails) updated in the pet's profile. LoveTag Pet assumes no responsibility for delays or failures in contact resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

3. Limitation of Liability

LoveTag Pet acts as a technological bridge for immediate communication. We are not a physical search, rescue, or animal sheltering service. We cannot guarantee the physical recovery of a lost pet, nor are we responsible for the actions, omissions, or bad faith of any third party who finds the pet and scans the identification tag.

4. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain a service availability of 99.9%. However, the platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance or interruptions due to forces beyond our control inherent to the global internet infrastructure, which will be resolved with the highest priority.

5. Memberships and Renewals

Access to the administrator portal and the maintenance of active profiles are subject to the validity of the annual membership agreed upon with the condominium, private neighborhood, or company. The suspension of the membership may result in the temporary deactivation of the digital profiles associated with that group.

6. Modifications to the Terms

LoveTag Pet reserves the right to update these terms to reflect improvements in the service or legal adaptations. Significant modifications will be notified to the membership administrators.
